POLICIES

I acknowledge that all cancellations must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. I acknowledge that all payments and fees are final & therefore non-refundable.  I release S&S Studios from any liability. I acknowledge I booked this photography or videography session (or class) by my own choice, knowing that any sport or physical activity can cause injuries. I do not hold S&S Studios responsible for any injury that occurred during my S&S Studios session/class.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all behavior and communication in relation to this event. I pledge to uphold a respectful code of conduct.  

I understand that i must be at least 18 years of age or older to book a session with S&S Studios, if you are not of legal age you must have a parent or guardian book & accompany you to your booked session. No Exceptions.
I, the undersigned adult participant, am partaking in this event at his/her own risk and agrees to hold S&S Studios & Alexandra Marsh, and/or it’s assignees harmless in the event of any injury to the participant named, physical or otherwise. S&S Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  I consent to a release of liability for all media associated with S&S Studios, and release all rights to said media.
I acknowledge that Alexandra Marsh, and S&S Studios have the right to use any and all photography, videography, and any other promotional media associated with S&S Studios both publicly and privately.  I acknowledge that all choreography, curriculum, and branding is the property of Alexandra Marsh and S&S Studios. I acknowledge that I am responsible for making timely payments of my balances due to S&S Studios.
I further acknowledge that if my payments are not received on or before my due date, I authorize S&S Studios to assign an additional late fee of $50.00. By signing and completing this form, I agree to all terms, policies, and code of conduct for S&S Studios.
